In 2002, Travis Lee became program staff and worship leader for the mission
organization of Centrifuge camps, M-fuge (sponsored by Lifeway Christian
Ministries). Travis led and facilitated camp for over 1500 students and adults
from all across the United States over a six week period throughout the
summer in the city of Philadelphia, PA. He also had the opportunity to lead
and co-ordinate worship at an event with internationally known speaker, author
and missionary to Afghanistan Heather Mercer who was imprisoned for her
faith. In addition to Heather Mercer, Travis Lee and the Band have opened for
notable artist and speakers as ZOE Girl, Justin McRoberts, Kid's in the
Way, Considering Lily, Ken Tucker (guitarist of the Larry Norman band) and
international speaker Ryan Sutton.
Apart from summer mission work, the Travis Lee Band has traveled
extensively to share their passion for Christ through message and music.
Travis explains, "As I led worship and ministered for students across the
country at the many summer camps God began to provide opportunities for
our ministry to perform at many of the churches which had sent students to
those camps." In 2002, the rural Missouri band embarked on two regional
tours. The Texas tour (central and east Texas-February) and The Cajun
Invasion tour (Louisiana-April) were both highly successful. Later that year,
Travis Lee set out on their first national tour in the late summer of 2002
which lasted six weeks and featured concerts in MO, IL, IN, PA, OH, AL, and
TX. The next tour, the "different tour" began in 2003 and included concerts
in nine states over a seven week period. During this tour Travis ministered at
churches, youth rallies, and Christian clubs.

In addition to the traveling and the missions, the band has had various
opportunities for music ministry in their local St. Louis and rural
Missouri/Illinois region. Together they led worship weekly for the
congregations of two area churches, First Baptist Church of Ste. Genevieve
and Hope Community Church of Ste. Genevieve. Travis also was the
worship team leader for student ministry organizations on the college
campus of Southeast Missouri State University from 1998-2001 while
acquiring his Music and Speech Communication degrees. They led worship
and performed concerts for hundreds at Disciple Now events in Cape
Girardeau, MO and Pro-life events in the cities surrounding St. Louis. The
band continues to perform an additional 90-120 concerts per year in their
region of Southeast Missouri and Southern Illinois. "Our heart is to not only
reach the masses but also the shadows" asserts the band, "many churches in
the rural area have never experienced contemporary Christian music or the
passionate relationship with Christ we know. We want to go places others
won't and share the life-changing power of Christ."

Since 2003, the Travis Lee Band's ministry has exploded. After a busy Fall schedule God began to challenge the band step out on faith more and more. In August they opened for the Dove award winning group ZOE Girl in their first stadium concert. Afterwards their local tour schedule became consuming. During that time they released the debut full length album "Thrift Store" which receives airplay on radio shows all across the country. The group catapulted by their success embarked on two national tour, the "Thrift Store Tour" (2004) and the "Faith Walk Tour" (2005). After 165 concerts in thirteen states, they returned home to complete work on a music video and promotional DVD and were later chosen as finalist to appear on the nationally televised C.A.T.S. Christian Artist Talent Search competition in Charlotte, NC. This summer they returned to Nashville, TN to begin recording their album third album "High Risk" releasing in the fall of 2005. The TLB schedule continues to be full of touring this Fall and they are excited about what God is going to do next.

Travis Lee and the band have performed at over 650 events since
TLC/Faithwalk Ministries began in mid-1998. "We believe God has challenged
us to inspire youth and adults to seek a deeper and more real relationship with
Jesus Christ" states the band, "in order to fulfill this call we have had the
opportunity to minister in both Christian and secular venues everywhere." Over
the past six years the Travis Lee Band has consistently performed at churches,
camps, coffeehouses, schools, goodwill benefits, as well as endless other types
of venues. Their motive is to perform as much as possible in order to reach as
many people for Christ as they are able.
Until 2003, some of the highlights have been the band's extensive involvement
in summer student ministry. The band has performed at student camps every
summer beginning in 1998. Travis Lee worked as a worship leader for the
Collegiate ministries of the SBC in Missouri during 1998-2000. In 2001, he
worked internationally as the music leader for the well known mission
organization World Changers sponsored by NAMB (North American Missions
